India wants guarantee from Pakistan that its soil will not be used by terrorists to carry out subversive activities in India. No country can give that kind of assurances.
Has India been able to nab and control the Hindu fanatics?
Have Indians been able to stop Hindu Muslim riots in India?
Have Indian intelligences able to stop terrorists carrying out subversive activities in India?
It is not an easy task to keep on the activities of terrorists.
I urge Indians to stop issuing irresponsible statements. It will only create tensions. They should take their intelligence agencies bosses to their task. They failed to save Indians from the terrorist’s attack.

It looks Indian leaders want creation tension in the region for political gains. After Mumbai attack many countries have been trying to ease tension between India and Pakistan. Now Indian Prime has issued an statement would increase the tension between the two countries. He has demanded that Pakistan must hand over the criminals responsible for Mumbai attack.
Why is Indian leaders acting to irrationally? They are doing this because of support.
The US is giving support to Indian claims to malign Pakistan in the eyes of the international community. If US and India succeed in isolating Pakistan and convincing the western power that Pakistan uses non state actors to carry out subversive activities in the countries. It will compel China to distance itself from Pakistan.
China and Pakistan knows what US and India want to do. China is supplying technology to Pakistan to make it powerful so it can put pressure on India.

Indian Defence Minister has said issued a very irresponsible statement. His statements could increase the tension prevailing between India and Pakistan. He said:“More than 30 terror outfits are still active in Pakistan. So how can I say that there is a real change in Pakistan’s attitude? … There is no time limit (for Pakistan to act) but it must act.”
I accept that Jihad outfits exist in Pakistan. Pakistani government denies their existence. They were created during Afghan war. Later Pakistan used them in Kashmir.
Indian also created insurgent to fight their proxy war in Pakistan. They supplies training and arms to Bengali insurgents in 1971.
Pakistan and India are responsible for the crisis and miseries in the region. India and Pakistan will have to give up their rivalries if they want peace in the region. Blaming Pakistan will not solve problem. It will only increase tension in the region.
